 I have received the Welcome Letter and a Security Device, I want to ACTIVATE my user ID now

Before you begin , you will need:

  • YourSecurity Device : Please acquire a new token from the contact person of your company.

  • YourWelcome Letter : Already sent you by email or SMS, contains "Organisation ID" and "User ID".

 Register a new user ID with limited access right

  • All authorised persons for Account main-contact, Electronic-statement, Transaction-confirmation, and Financial-controllers are able to register for a velocity user ID immediately.Please follow the on-screen introduction to complete the registration. This user’s access will be limited to account management and balance reconciliation.

  • If the autherised person's name or her/his mobile phone number is not updated, you can't completed the online registeration process. Please complete the "Company Authorization Amendment Form" and submit to our bank.

  • Once registration is successfully completed, a SMS OTP is required for every login.

  • If funds-transfer function is required, please complete the "OCBC Velocity Application Form" and submit to our bank.
