Please complete the following steps to reset the PIN online

If you have entered an incorrect PIN for 3 times, your Security Device will be locked , displays "LOCK PIN' in small letters at the top of the screen and a 7-digits LOCK PIN code.

Step 1

Enter the Serial Number of your individual Security Device, printed on the back of the Security Device

Step 2

Press the

button for 2 seconds

Step 3

Enter the 7-digits LOCK PIN code
